Mal-ta! Mal-ta! Mal-ta!

Tomorrow...

tomorrow in the rain... in the cold...

tomorrow we will bid them goodbye, in the cold, cold rain...

Right. Thankfully we're not too dramatic of a family, so the sending off has not yet been chaos. My only brother and his only wife (this isn't Utah) are leaving for the eastern hemisphere tomorrow at 4pm. He is the only son of our parents, and she is the only child of hers - so the moms aren't thrilled. They are outrageously supportive, though. We all are. Ben & Jess are jumping into the proverbial vat of Jell-O with hopes that it's congealed and will cushion the fall. What?

They head to London for a day, then on to Valetta, Malta's capital. Throw in a bit of time change (9 hours, or as Mom likes to think, "three back, twelve ahead") and it will total up to around 2 days of traveling. What next? Who knows. Jobs are uncertain but there IS a place to live for a little bit. (What an adventure! I envy them.)

No profound thoughts for today, except that being "in the center of God's will" is not always safe or fun, but boy is it a thrill sometimes.
